We’re serious about quality control.

We arm breweries with the knowledge they need to identify, locate and ultimately prevent costly microbial contaminations. We sell pre-poured agar plates, offer private microbial strain banking services and work with breweries to isolate and test wild local yeasts. Soon, we’ll offer customised yeasts through selective mating of different yeast strains.
