Saison Maison
Non-diastatic saison yeast, for brewers who don't want to worry about diastaticus.
This yeast has a fruity Saison flavour profile without the STA1 enzyme. Amyloglucosidase enzyme is recommended to ensure an ultra-dry beer. Alternatively, we suggest a long mash at low temperature (65ºC for 90 minutes) to produce a highly fermentable wort.
