Some strains are too good to say goodbye to. Our Seasonal & Archive brewing yeast collection features unique and past-favourite liquid yeast cultures that aren’t part of our regular lineup—but they’re still available with a little planning! With 3–4 weeks lead time, we can grow up most of these strains on request.
