I have had the pleasure of working with Escarpment Labs through two breweries, both with very different focuses, scale, and very different locations. Their commitment to research, innovation, and education has made it so their services always stay top of mind when I am developing a new recipe or chatting with other brewers.
Escarpment has advised me on techniques ranging from harvesting yeast from heavily hopped beers to best practices fermenting a clean lager, and consequently taken our beer to another level. The time and attention dedicated to technical support is second to none.
Escarpment takes care of the yeast in my personal yeast bank and they propagate the yeast to pitchable quantity. They have outstanding customer service and their technical support is very focused on the reality of craft breweries.
