UPDATES: December Ship Dates, January Orders
With the holidays comes a reduced shipping schedule!
As with previous years, in order to accommodate time off for staff and a hectic month for couriers, we're ensuring that your yeast arrives fresh before your next brew date by limiting our available ship days for December.
We will not be shipping on the following days: December 5th, 6th, 12th 13th, 19th, 20th, 24th, 27th, 30th, 31st.
Please use the below calendar when planning your orders for the month ⬆️
NOTE: You can still opt to pick-up at Escarpment Labs on our no ship days! Remember to choose 'Local Pick-Up @ 8 Smith Ave, Guelph, ON' at checkout.

Don't worry — we've planned ahead and have a surplus of inventory of our most popular and core strains available for your orders. These strains include:
- Custom and large-prop orders need extra lead time, so if you’re planning a brew for December or early January, let us know by December 4th.
Orders required before January 20th must be communicated early to guarantee availability.
