The 2025 Pink Boots Hop Blend features a vibrant mix of Mosaic®, HBC 638, Centennial, and Ekuanot® — a combination built for both fruitiness and complexity. You’ll find citrus, berry, floral, herbal, and bright tropical elements woven throughout, making it a dynamic addition to aromatic beer styles and beyond.
Our Pink Boots Yeast, a unique German Kölsch–origin strain, has excellent terpene transformation activity, allowing it to pull forward the brighter citrus and fruit notes from the hop blend. It softens the heavier dank or pine notes these hops can sometimes lean into, and delivers a clean, expressive fermentation character in a wide range of styles.
