Our sourdough starter contains our microbial friends Saccharomyces yeast and Lactobacillus bacteria and has proven itself over more than 9 years of baking.

Recipe500 g bread or all purpose flour 350 mL room temp water 75 g sourdough starter 11 g fine sea salt 1. Mix bread, water, and starter. Wait a bit.2. Mix in the salt. Ferment. 3. Recipe100 g bread or all purpose flour 100 mL room temp water 50 g sourdough starter 1. Mix really well. 2. Ferment until 2-3x in size. 3. Use immediately in any recipe that calls for sourdough starter, or store in the fridge for up to 1 month (feed again before use).
